Juniper Berry - trial adoption started today!

Juniper got lots and lots of cuddles from Dan and I yesterday and today.

She got to sleep on the bed last night

I kept it together and didn't bawl during the handover :P This part is the most difficult part of fostering but I know that it's all worth it to see Juniper go to such a great home and have a chance to have a life. It's quite sobering and heart-breaking to think that such a lovely little dog was at risk of being killed!

I'm so glad her crappy little pound photo caught my eye that day. She looked so very small and pitiful in that dark pound pen.

Thank you :) It's always so hard when our fosters leave but I love seeing them go to families who love them. Seeing them go from being dumped and unwanted to wanted and beloved is so rewarding
