Baiting warning from Canberra Vet Hospital

The Canberra Vet Hospital facebook has the following post:
"ATTENTION DOG OWNERS: In the picture above is a sample of rat bait that was found in Corroboree Park in Ainslie. Rat bait can cause severe bleeding problems in dogs when ingested, and we have treated a case of poisoning this very weekend. So please, keep your pooch on a lead around this area to avoid this very serious problem!!"

Scary stuff :(
