Dyson slept really well through the night, was toileted in the morning and then put back to bed so that we could sleep in.

Some footage of him playing with the other dogs. He's been very good at taking correction from Hoover and Elbie who has told him off three times this morning. Hoover told him off for trying to counter surf.

Definitely thinking he would be better in a performance home than a pet home. A few different factors are considered. I mean almost all of our dogs would enjoy dog sports but there are some that you can see probably won't be happy in a pet home and need to be in a sporting home.

Very high drive evidenced by really enjoying tugging, being smart and responsive to commands, retrieving a ball (not just playing with it). Also dog-friendly is good if they want to do dog sports.

I don't think Dyson is likely to be happy in a home where he can't do something like dog sports because he's been really well-behaved in our house so far.

I have to say I haven't seen such a bad case of leash/collar aggression for a while. He literally goes totally bonkers and tries to maul your hand when you try to clip him/leash him. I'm wondering if he might have been yanked hard or something so it's given him an aversion to it. We've been working with him this morning to desensitise him to people turning the collar around on his neck, tugging lightly and also clipping a leash to his collar. He was quite good after that.
