True was picked up by Dan on Thursday from Yass. She had been vaccinated while at the pound.

True on the left and Jerry on the right (he will be fostered by Juniper's adopters)

She has a lovely shiny coat but at 21kg is very fat for a female Kelpie

Progress Table
House-training | I don't think she's been in a house before but she has taken to house-training well. No accidents. She uses the dog door to let herself outside. |
Doorway etiquette | Humans through doorways first. She is very polite. |
Car travel | OK with wearing a harness and travelling in a car in a crate. Very calm, no fuss. |
Mealtime manners | No food manners at all. No food aggression but has no commonsense and will approach other dogs eating. Has not been taught to wait |
Basic focus work (Watch), sit and drop | No training at all |
Go to your mat/crate/bed | No training at all but naturally very happy to go to her crate or a dog bed or a mat |
1-2 camera-friendly tricks | No training at all |
Assess friendliness/neutrality | Very calm and friendly around dogs and people. Not pushy, not aggro. |
Assess other behaviours | No mouthing or licking. Very curious. Has some counter surfing tendencies. |
Optional:
Sit-Stay | No training at all |
Drop-stay | No training at all |
Recall | No training at all |
Loose leash walking | No training at all but isn't too bad on a leash |
Slightly more complex trick | No training at all |
